Terms of Service

Any payment made on rameta.shop is a voluntary donation supporting the operation and development of the Server: hosting, licenses, DDoS protection, moderation team and content updates.

In-game perks, ranks, keys, crates and any other virtual items granted as a token of appreciation for a donation have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and exist solely within the Server’s virtual economy.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as the sale of goods or services in the legal sense. The relationship between the Server and the player is not a consumer relationship and is not governed by consumer-protection legislation, since the subject of the relationship is purely virtual game content.

You may donate only if you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, donations may only be made with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

We are not responsible for payments made by minors without parental consent and reserve the right to refuse to process such payments.

Perks are delivered automatically within a few minutes after the payment processor confirms your transaction.

If a perk has not been delivered within 24 hours due to a technical issue, please contact us on Discord — we will verify the transaction manually and grant the perk.

All donations are final and non-refundable, except where the purchased perk has not been delivered due to our technical fault and cannot be delivered at all. In that case the donation is refunded via the same payment method.

No refund will be issued in case of: account ban for breaking Server rules, use of cheats or exploits, account sharing or selling, loss of access to your Minecraft account, dissatisfaction with gameplay, Server updates, balance changes or removal of individual perks from the store.

Making a donation does not exempt the player from following the Server rules. Any violation may result in restrictions, including a permanent ban — with no right to a refund.

Transferring purchased perks to other players, selling the account, exploiting bugs and using automated tools to interact with the game leads to an immediate ban.

The Server is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or preservation of in-game progress.

Maintenance windows, restarts and force majeure events are possible. Downtime is not compensated and does not extend the duration of any perks.

By donating, you receive a personal, revocable license to use the corresponding perks on RAMETA servers — not ownership of them. The license may be revoked in case of gross violation of the rules.

Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios / Microsoft. RAMETA is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. The Server complies with the Minecraft Server Commercial Usage Guidelines: paid perks do not provide a meaningful gameplay advantage over free players.

International payments are processed through Stripe, PayPal and their partners. RAMETA does not store your card details and has no access to them — all operations happen on the payment processor’s side.

A receipt is sent to the e-mail address you provide at checkout.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Server administration shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages, lost profits, loss of data or any other consequences of using the Server.

The total cumulative liability of the administration to a single player shall in any case not exceed the amount donated by that player during the preceding 30 days.

We may amend these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at rameta.shop/terms. The effective date is shown at the top of the document. Continued use of the Server after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
